Errata and complements: On values of binary quadratic forms at integer points

In this note we correct some errors and clarify some statements in our paper as in the title. Published in Math. Res. Lett 22 (2015), no. 4, 1023-1045. The statement in the review of [1] in Math. Reviews, by David Simmons, that "one of the inequalities in (ii) should be flipped: should have the opposite inequality." is not correct; the original assertion is justified, by Corollary 5.1 in II, and is reinterpreted in the statement of the theorem here; by the same Corollary is also allowable when. The authors are thankful to David Simmons for alerting about there being errors in the statement of Theorem 1.1, and an observation concerning Remark 1.4 in [1], recalled below.
